The tourist tax requires a payment of € 2.00 per person per day for tourists from the age of 14.
During the high season, arrivals are only on Saturdays.
In the mid/high, mid, and low season, arrivals on other days of the week can be arranged (minimum 5 nights, prices on request).

Requests for a specific apartment are considered at the time of booking. For operational reasons, we reserve the right to assign a different apartment of the same type. The Guest will be informed promptly in case of any changes. This modification does not affect the cancellation and refund policy.
In order to guarantee the reservation a down payment of 30% of the total amount is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon arrival of the downpayment. If the deposit is not received within 5 days from our email of apartment availability, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the arrival. The refund of the deposit will be made by bank transfer, and the cost of the service will be withheld from the deposit itself. For cancellations from 29 to 23 days before the arrival, the downpayment will be retained and will be made available, according to the structure's availability, for another period of stay during the current year.
For cancellations from 22 days before the arrival, the downpayment will be retained and not made available.
No refund to the customer who decides to interrupt a stay already started.
Cash or debit card upon arrival or bank transfer by the arrival date.
